What does unlimited actually include?
Every module in the console: the native identity tools, the open-source fleet, the infrastructure and archive pipeline, and the paid data sources that normally cost gold credits. Nothing is deducted from any credit balance while the subscription is active.
Are new modules included?
Yes. Any module added to Command One — including new paid data sources still in the pipeline — is covered by the subscription from the day it goes live, at no extra cost.
What is the 50-searches-a-day limit?
Fair use. You can run up to 50 searches per day on any combination of modules, and the counter resets at 00:00 UTC. It exists to stop automated bulk abuse of the paid providers we license, not to ration normal casework.
How much is it and how is it billed?
£49.99 per month, auto-renewing until cancelled. Website orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. In the mobile app, the same plan is billed by your device's app store.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account reverts to the free daily allowance with any unspent gold credits intact.
Do I still need gold credits?
No. Gold credit packs stay available for people who only need paid sources occasionally, but a subscription replaces them entirely.
